It is an atmosphere that is facing a new developing phase as various charges of Seungri, former BIGBANG member, where witnesses' statements in courtroom are quite different compared to police questioning records.

In the midst of this, witnesses who appeared at the thirteenth hearing of Seungri's case held at Ground Operations Command's General Military Court located in Yong-in City, Gyeong-gi Province on March 25, also testified regarding Seungri's charges, to the effect that 'There is no specific connection to Seungri'.

in the hearing that was continued in afternoon, Ms. C who stood as a witness related to prostitution mediation charges, testified about the circumstances of sexual favor provided for a Japanese investors group in 2015 Christmas Season.

Regarding a sexual favor case happened on December 24, 2015, Ms. C said, such like, "I got a part-time job (prostitution) offer from an older sister that I knew that morning and went to the hotel", and, "I had no idea at all (the other man) was related to Seungri." Also, (Ms. C) said, "I didn't know my opponent was Japanese, and there was no sex. No one even mentioned Seungri at that time."

Regarding that after receiving the same offer later, where she and Seungri's group were present at a restaurant in Gangnam early the next morning, (Ms. C said), "There were a lot of people at the scene, and I didn't even know who was who. I moved with a man after the drinking party, but I don't remember seeing that man at the restaurant", while denying prostitutes' 'one-on-one seat' statements.

She also revised the contents left in her police questioning records. Regarding a (statement which said), "After leaving the restaurant, I was in Seungri's car for a while that was stated in her police questioning records", Ms. C said, "I never said it as "Seungri's car', I didn't even know that the was Seungri's car. It was the police who said 'That (was) Seungri's car', and it seems to have been written it that way."

Also, about the man who moved with her, which she had testified '(He) was the defendant's group', (Ms. C) said, "I just said there was one person among many people, and he was a guy who appeared at a restaurant, but since Seungri also was there, so Police wrote (him) as 'Defendant's group".

Also, when being asked by Seungri's side lawyer, "Did Seungri say anything in person at the scene?' Ms. C said, "Seungri didn't give any instructions, and I have never had a conversation (with him)." 

On that day, Mr. A and Ms. C claimed that there are different contents written compared to actual statements, including some parts of the contents that they did not say, in their police questioning records. This is something that witnesses who appeared in previous hearings also even have revealed in common.

Seungri's side lawyer shared his opinion, "Many witnesses are saying consistently that the police questioning records are different from the actual statements. At the time of the investigation of the case, discussions on the adjustment of the Prosecution's and Police's investigation rights were held, and the National Assembly and Cheong Wa Dae (The Blue House) had to thoroughly investigate the Burning Sun case and punish it, so the Police had to pay off, but in fact that the detention warrants on Seungri were rejected twice", and, "The police needed to pay off, and it seems that's why there was more pressure during the investigation instead of necessary ones, and excessive allegations/charges that were accused on." 

The lawyer emphasized, "We got several witnesses, but is it a situation where all of them could have lied?", and, "There seems to be a reason for me to tell the courtroom that the police questioning records are different from the actual statements. I want you to take a look at this." 

The Court agree with the lawyer's argument to a certain extent, while also reasoning, "There could have been coercion or pressure (in the process of the police questionings), but It is necessary for the courtroom to confirm the reversal of the statements made according to conscience."

Seungri's trial that has been tediously continuing for seven-months will also be continued in April.
