[This is a User Post].
Some fans are complaining that iKON's Bobby is being mistreated by YG Entertainment.
Bobby will release his 2nd full-album called "Lucky Man" on January 25 after 3.5 years. His fans only noticed 10 days ago that the idol rapper was making a comeback. Previously, there had been no tips or announcements of iKON's program by the company. The pre-orders of the album were announced only 6 days ago.
Normally YG Entertainment announces the pre-orders of their artists' albums at least 2 weeks ago or a month ago, but when it comes to iKON, they make the announcement too late. Therefore, they think that this situation will also affect the album sales of Bobby. Fans also feel that comeback teasers and posters are too poor quality and underestimated for a full album.
They state that this mistreatment happened not only this time but also before on Bobby's first full album, "Love and fall."
His debut album was an award he received for winning Show Me The Money and was supposed to be given at that time. However, Bobby was able to release his debut album 4 years later, far from when he was famous as a solo rapper. Moreover, he was unable to promote his album since he was touring Japan with iKON when he released his album. Although he released a full album, he was only able to go on 1 music show. Even the music video of Bobby's title song was deleted and re-uploaded exactly 4 times.
So iKONICs feel once again that Bobby was sabotaged by his company. Fans are tweeting their negative reactions to this mistreatment and demanding that Bobby's full album should not be overshadowed in this way once again, and they want a smoother promotion from YG.
This is true. F*ck yg.
