The line-up for the 2020 'MBC Music Festival: The Moment' (also referred to as the 'MBC Gayo Daejejeon') has been revealed.
According to MBC on December 28 KST, the concert will take place on December 31 at 9 PM at the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan. J.Y. Park and Rain will be performing their upcoming collaboration single "Switch to Me" for the very first time. Henry and Song Ga In will also be collaborating for a crossover special stage. Other artists in the line-up include Uhm Jung Hwa, Lim Young Woong, MAMAMOO (including a solo stage from Hwa Sa), NCT, GOT7, ITZY, Stray Kids, TWICE, WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon, Norazo, The Boyz, Second Aunt Kim Davi (Kim Shin Young), MONSTA X, (G)I-DLE, IZ*ONE, aespa, Oh My Girl, LOONA, Jessi, the 'Top 4 People of Trot,' and Paul Kim.
Previously, a special stage for supergroup Refund Sisters was scheduled. However, member Lee Hyori will not be attending the event due to COVID-19 safety concerns. Instead, the other members — Hwa Sa, Uhm Jung Hwa, and Jessi — will be focusing on their own stages.
Meanwhile, MBC has added that they plan to carry out the concert in a non-face-to-face manner, with strict coherence to COVID-19 safety protocol that prioritizes the health of all performers and staff. All stages will be pre-recorded.
glad we're still getting performances. even if its not live it will still be awesome. stray kids could do their performance from virtual reality inside their dreams and still totally kill it
