T.O.P wipes away tears as he meets with VIPs, Kmedia not invited

On July 6, T.O.P began his last day of service as a public service worker, greeted by fans as he arrived at The Yongsan Crafts Museum in the morning. He is set to be discharged when his work ends for the day at 7 p.m. KST.
Although the Kmedia were waiting for him to make some form of comments, he did not come out to greet them.
Media even marked the place where he was supposed to stand and talk:

It was revealed that TOP/YGE staff informed the fansites that he would be meeting them in a different location, they informed the other VIPs and gave them some numbers so that they could enter and meet him. Everything was arranged in advance without notice to the media.
I am so thankful for all those lovely vips who welcomed him back. They were so respectfull, it warms my heart seeing him and his vips together like this. Just thank you so much for giving Tabi such a warm welcome like this💛
