Controversial 'lolita' photographer Rotta (Choi Won Seok) has been sentenced for sexual harassment.

On April 17, Rotta was found guilty of sexually harassing a model and received 8 months in prison by the Seoul Western District Court. He was also given 80 hours of sexual violence education and a 3-year restriction on working with minors. 

In February of 2018, the controversial photographer was accused of sexual harassment by a model, and two more models came forward later as well. Though Rotta stated the incident was consensual, but the courts found otherwise. 

The Seoul Western District Court stated, "His initial testimony was that there was no sexual harassment, but he then changed his statement during investigation saying there was physical contact with the victim's consent. However, the victim's testimony has been consistent."
