Shortly after media reports publicized additional details regarding the total number of individual involved in Jung Joon Young's problematic Kakao chat rooms, suspicions arose revolving around JTBC program 'Hitmaker', which aired back in May of 2016.
Singer Jung Joon Young currently not only faces court trials for the distribution of illegal sexual content via social platforms, but he is also facing accusations of soliciting prostitution overseas, during the time frame when he was in Germany recording for JTBC's 'Hitmaker'.
Previous media reports claimed that in a chat room conversation with CNBLUE member Jonghyun, Jung Joon Young allegedly admitted to soliciting prostitution in Germany, and to a question from Jonghyun asking, "Did you sleep [with them]?", Jung Joon Young answered, "Yeah. The girls are pretty good."
Earlier details from Jung Joon Young's chat rooms reported that two singer K and J, and a model L, were also potentially involved in Jung Joon Young's illegal distribution of sexual content. Some netizens then pointed out that the initials K, J, and L align with the co-stars that Jung Joon Young worked with in JTBC's 'Hitmaker', who are: Super Junior's Kangin, 2AM's Jinwoon, and model Lee Chul Woo.
With word of the suspicions quickly spreading online, JTBC has chosen to discontinue all VOD services of 'Hitmaker'. Meanwhile, in the past variety program, cast members Jung Joon Young, Kangin, Jinwoon, and Lee Chul Woo traveled overseas in order to experience trending activities and sports enjoyed by youths around the world.
I think ELFs have already been pissed with Kangin for his 2nd offense for DUI already and in the past have called for his withdrawal from the group. He has also not promoted with the group for years. So if it's really his name in the group I think that would really spell the end of his career or what's left of it. As for the group they probably won't have much impact as Kangin hasn't been active with them for so long.
