On February 26, LOOΠΔ's label BlockBerry Creative released an official statement containing unfortunate news. 

The label issued, 

"LOOΠΔ member HaSeul's grandmother (on her mother's side) passed away back on February 25. During the group's comeback schedules yesterday (Feb 25), HaSeul was informed that her grandmother was in critical condition and rushed to her rural home; however, when HaSeul arrived, she was greeted with sorrowful news that her grandmother had already passed away. 

On the same evening of February 25, HaSeul returned to Seoul and finished up the group's pre-recording for SBS MTV's 'The Show'. In order to attend her grandmother's parting ritual today (February 26), HaSeul plans on traveling back to the rural town. As a result, we notify that it will be impossible for HaSeul to attend LOOΠΔ's schedules today including the TBS 'Fact in Star' live broadcast, the live broadcast of SBS MTV's 'The Show', etc. 

HaSeul will return to Seoul after the end of her grandmother's funeral; we plan to notify you with a future post regarding her participation in future schedules. 

HaSeul is currently in a deep state of sorrow due to the loss of her grandmother, who cherished and loved HaSeul greatly since HaSeul's childhood. We wish that HaSeul's grandmother may rest in peace, and also ask for your words of sympathy and encouragements toward HaSeul during her time of sorrow. Thank you."
