Minzy's 'North America Dance Break Tour' has been postponed.
On November 1, Minzy shared the announcement with a handwritten letter to fans. The former 2NE1 member stated,
"A letter to my US and Canada fans: I just found out that I have to postpone my tour to early 2019. I have recorded new music that I planned to showcase on my tour but due to label delays we have to reschedule the US & Canada leg of the tour. My label is working very hard to finish the music. In the meantime, I will be kicking off my Dance Break Tour in Săo Paolo, Brazil on Dec 14.Everyone will be able to receive a refund from their point of purchase. I will still be honoring the poster winners and #dancebreakchallenge winners when we reschedule the tour. I'm sorry for the delays but thank you for your love and support and I'm going to focus on releasing new music and choreography very soon. It is lit that I can't wait to share with you! I promise I'll be seeing you soon! Love you.Minzy."
Originally, Minzy was scheduled to visit 10 cities in the United States and Canada from the end of November to early December.
