SM Entertainment announces plans to establish a corporate branch in Vietnam

SM Entertainment is expanding their business into Vietnam. 

At the Korea-Vietnam business seminar in Hanoi on September 11, CEO Han Se Min of SM Entertainment announced the company's plan to establish a corporate branch in Vietnam.

CEO Han stated, "We plan to first discover and develop stars in Vietnam and develop them furthermore into global stars through the branch."

Back in December, head producer Lee Soo Man announced the company's plans to debut an NCT Vietnamese unit. Lee spoke about NCT-V once again, and stated, "The big success of SM will be with Vietnam from now on."
