Artist Lee Ji Hyung, an officially appointed 'Disney Marvel' illustrator as well as the head art director of Netmarble game 'Marvel Future Fight', discussed his process behind creating the 11 illustrations of superpower-wielding Wanna One members.
Wanna One's collaboration with the 'Marvel' artist came about for the group's '1÷X=1(UNDIVIDED)' special album, which includes the Lee Ji Hyung collaboration artbook. Inside the artbook, Lee Ji Hyung designed each of the Wanna One members into a type of "neighborhood superhero," each wielding a unique superpower.
Hwang Min Hyun has the power to control people's emotions, Park Ji Hoon has the power to deliver warmth to people's hearts, Ha Sung Woon has the power to control clouds and fog, Bae Jin Young can control lightning, Yoon Ji Sung has the power to control rain, Kang Daniel has the power to control snow, Ong Seong Wu has the power of transformation, Lee Dae Hwi has the ability to create bubbles, Kim Jae Hwan can control insects, Lai Kuan Lin has power over the sea and the waves, and finally, Park Woo Jin can emit powerful energy.
