JYJ Yoochun's appeal against the second woman who accused him of sexual assault has been denied by the court.
Seoul's High Court found the accuser, Ms. Song, not guilty of defamation of character and making false charges this past September, and though Yoochun's side filed an appeal, the court denied the request on December 22. This ends an 18-month legal battle against Ms. Song, who was found not guilty of defamation of character in her previous two trials.
The first woman who claimed Yoochun sexually assaulted her and the two men who were involved in extorting the JYJ member have been sentenced to prison for making false accusations and attempted blackmail.
Yoochun was found not guilty of four counts of sexual assault in December of 2015.
