The man who offered marijuana to Ga In is free of all charges.
Back in June, Ga In revealed she was offered marijuana by her (now ex) boyfriend's friend. Shortly after, the police announced they'll look into Ga In's accusations.
On October 31, an official from the District Public Prosecutors office in Seoul revealed, "Mr. Park (34) has been found innocent. A punishment for a simple marijuana offer does not exist. There's also no evidence proving he was involved in the illegal act."

As a result, the case has drawn to a close with the man free of all charges.
