On November 15, fans started to report Chanyeol's birthday ad in Seoul Station that was found like this: 

Then someone online posted the following screenshot of a direct message sent to Chanyeol with the photo of his torn ad. It is not clear who this person was, but some claim that it was the one who destroyed the ad: 

Heartbroken fans ran to the site and tried to tape back the ad: 

They are also seeking to find the perpetrator:

The fan writes above, "We have been in contact with the advertising agency and will be requesting to review the security camera in the station first thing in the morning when the staff members at the subway come in. We will update you guys when we have more information." 

Sine the incident, Chanyeol has updated his Instagram with a caption, "I am doing okay."
