Park Bo Gum opened up about taking on the lead role in 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds' during the drama's August 18 press conference.
The actor said, "To be honest when I was cast [for the lead role], I was very thankful and I did feel a bit burdened. When I thought about it on my own, I realized that I have to lead the drama and wondered whether I'd be able to live up to expectations."

Park Bo Gum then explained, "staffBut the more I thought about it, I got to thinking that it's not a drama I'm doing on my own but that the director, writer, staff, and the other actors are all main characters, too. I was able to shed the weight on my shoulders a bit with that thought," and concluded, "I think that feeling and the atmosphere will be right there in the drama. I'm filming for it with the hopes that I won't disappoint and that it will be a drama that provides healing and consolation."
