Dongho detailed the unusual story which led him to grow closer to his wife on the July 13 installment of 'Radio Star.'
It was at a time when Dongho had quit his job and was looking for a new home with his father. Dongho explained to the MCs, "The owner of [the home I was planning to buy] went on vacation, leaving the key to the house to a friend, and it was that friend who worked in cahoots with a real estate agency to carry out a scam. They entrusted all the belongings [in the home] to a moving center, and they showed me an empty home, telling me to 'sign the contract immediately.' [The home] was selling for slightly less than the market price. Because they told me they would sell it to me right away if I signed the contract then and there, once everything was taken care of with the real estate agency, I had no choice left but to trust them. So we were settled down and living there when three weeks later, someone rang the doorbell and told us 'This is my home what are you people doing here?' So I tried to explain that this house is signed under my name and the person said, 'What are you talking about, I'm going to call the police.' It turned out that the house was still registered under that person's name; the real state agency had forged [the documents]. So what could I do? I ended up being kicked out."

Dongho continued, "I had such a hard time afterwards. I was only friends with my wife at the time, but when I told her everything that had happened to me over the phone, she cried for me. Others only consoled me with, 'Oh, how unfortunate,' but my wife literally cried buckets, and I was so touched by her sincerity that we grew even closer."
