SECRET's Hyosung has responded to the recent comments and apology by Yang Jung Won.

On June 17, Hyosung said through her agency TS Entertainment, "I saw the headlines concerning Yang Jung Won's comments on the radio. As she's not someone who's been on broadcasts professionally, it seems she thought it was an okay time to speak of personal matters as she wasn't aware she was on-air. We talk about celebrity matters among ourselves as well. I think it was something anyone could say in passing."
As previously reported, Yang Jung Won was a guest on the June 16 airing of SBS Power FM 'Bae Sung Jae's 10'. She was unaware the broadcast was live when she spoke of her insecurity about her own gums. Yang Jung Won revealed she'd like to have cosmetic surgery to raise her gum line, citing the work supposedly done to Hyosung's gums.
Afterwards, she made a public apology to Hyosung and her fans.
