The rabid Chinese fan, who illegally trespassed into Jo In Sung's home in Seoul's Songpa District this past September 30, was said to have been booked without detention.�

Around 12:20am (KST) on September 30, when the fan saw Jo In Sung going into his home in Songpa District, she relentlessly beat on the door until the door opened, and entered the residence without permission. The actor's family requested the fan to leave countless times but when she refused to oblige, they eventually reported her to the police.�
According to police, the woman declared that she suffered a bruise on her arm. Police investigations found that the woman in question has been a Jo In Sung fans since two years back, and had landed in Korea with a travel visa.�
