Actress Hong Soo Ah attended the '2016 S/S Hera Seoul Fashion Week' at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza for the 'JARRET' collection on October 19.  While some people would say she looked stunning with her sleek, straight hair and Barbie Doll body, many Korean netizens expressed their shock at her physical transformation.

The top three comments on a trending article went, "Who is this person that she keeps calling herself Hong Soo Ah ;;" "Prime example of a plastic surgery monster," and, "She really looks like a monster..."
