Ballad singer Lee Seung Hwan dropped his new song "The One and Only" around a week ago, and now he's back with the teaser for his second single "Everything Is Pretty," featuring the lovely girls of G-Friend!

Both songs will be listed on his new mini album '3+3' which will drop October 1. Unlike the melodically soothing and slow "The One and Only," "Everything Is Okay" is sounding to be a more upbeat, happy track.
