G-Friend have caught the attention of not only senior singers but also fellow rookies. On August 13, powerful rookie groups G-Friend and SONAMOO both appeared on SBS PowerFM's 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School' where SONAMOO's Sumin gave her honest thoughts on their tough concept.
When asked, "Don't you want to do tender, tender music like G-Friend?" Sumin stated, "At first, we were worried too. We were also envious."

However, she proved to be satisfied with SONAMOO's image ultimately as Sumin stated, "We thought we created a weapon unique to ourselves different from G-Friend. We thought that we could not do music like that if we weren't at the young age we are now. We want to show our strong and diligent selves."
Do you prefer G-Friend's more girlish concept or SONAMOO's tough image?
