Big Bang's Taeyang showed an interesting new side in his photo shoot with 'Grazia.' Known for his edginess as a part of Big Bang and then his more sentimental, soft side as a solo act, he showcased both images all at once in his shoot!
While he's donning the same hairstyle and tough accessories for Big Bang's current promotions, his clothes are softer and more casual, relaying his entire personality at once.
In the interview, he talked about his predilection for the aesthetics, saying, "One thing I'm sure of is that I really like beautiful things. These days I like things that are warm with a sense of color. In the past, I preferred very dark and cold vibes, but I really like things like flowers now."
When asked about the scene with the hanboks (Korean traditional garb) from the "Bae Bae" MV, he said, "We did not put those in because we wanted to get the culture of Korea out there. It's just that we like that code. We have a lot of things that are very cool. I've always liked our country's architecture and there are a lot of pretty traditional art and clothes. Since the past, our country's had a high level of aesthetics. And we had lots of artists who created beautiful stages."
He also revealed that he's currently immersed in cooking and has the chance to personally learn it now. You can see him in the June issue of 'Grazia'!
