EXO and Red Velvet appeared together on the April 13 edition of�KBS 2TV's 'Hello' and talked about what food they ate to be healthy. �First, a situation was introduced on the show in which a daughter relayed her concerns about a mother who always nags at her via text in relation to health. �

The daughter stated, "She sends me almost 100 texts a day. �About half of those are about health. �It's to the point of being spam texts, but I can't report her because she's my biological mother. �I call my mother Doctor Jung at home."

The MCs asked their guests, "Is there something you make sure to eat for your health?" EXO's Baekhyun named Chinese herbal medicine while Chanyeol said, "I eat things classified as red ginseng."

Red Velvet's Joy added, "I eat beef," to which Lee Young Ja stated, "If you eat two geun (~ 3 lbs) of beef when you're lacking energy, you'll get right up."

Shin Dong Yup teased her with, "Two geun is enough for about six people to eat," to which she replied, "I'm telling you I'll eat it with the money I earn from diligently making people laugh."
