The malicious netizen who made headlines for threatening miss A's Suzy over Twitter is in police custody.
JYP Entertainment stated on December 2, "The netizen who left malicious remarks on Suzy's SNS was charged by a prosecutor on November 25. The netizen in question will have to go through the next step from the police. It looks like it'll take a while for the case to be resolved."

The netizen was revealed to be a woman in her 30's, who stated during the police investigation, "My husband likes Suzy so much that I got jealous and wrote those words."
The agency previously announced that it planned to take strong action against the netizen, and 'One Night of TV Entertainment' speculated that the perpetrator will be given a prison sentence and a fine. The netizen had written to Suzy, "You suck, I wish you would die in a car accident..," and, "Be banished from the entertainment industry! Get in a car accident and die."
