The second trial in Lee Byung Hun's case against his alleged blackmailers, model Lee Ji Yeon and GLAM's Dahee, took place on November 24 for over three hours after which some content was leaked to the press despite being a private trial.
The important topic of the day was whether Lee Byung Hun and model Lee Ji Yeon were affiliated romantically with the latter's side bringing up alleged evidence of their relationship, such as the KakaoTalk messages the two had exchanged and the content of their discussions.
After the trial, Lee Ji Yeon's attorney had a short interview with one media outlet, disclosing, "We presented messages that suggest they were in a relationship, and Lee Byung Hun said, 'Those were jokes made because we were comfortable with each other.'" Although the trial was supposed to be private, Lee Byung Hun's remarks during the trial were now revealed in a video.

Lee Byung Hun's side responded through Newsen on November 25 with, "Model Lee Ji Yeon's attorney seemed to have had an interview with one media outlet. Not only was it a private trial but also we gave a warning about disclosing [information] to the outside during the trial, yet [the attorney] revealed it.
That was not the only thing said during a three and a half hour trial. However, only the most provocative portion was reported, so we are taken aback. It was a private trial, so we cannot reveal what the suspects (Dahee, Lee Ji Yeon) said or what kind of testimony we gave. The important thing is that both sides' claims are different and the trial is ongoing.
We are very taken aback, but I don't think we are going to explain that remark or make a confrontation. The final ruling has not been made, so it's a shame that only Lee Ji Yeon's general claims are being reported."
The third trial will take place on December 16 at 2:40 PM where it's expected Lee Byung Hun will be absent, but the matchmaker, Mr. Suk, who allegedly introduced Lee Ji Yeon to Lee Byung Hun will appear as a witness.
