Shin Jung Hwan's rep told Newsen on August 27, "Although Shin Jung Hwan was cleared of suspicions in the fraud case, he does not have any plans to return to activities [as a celebrity] yet.

In relation to the girlfriend he revealed back in May, the rep stated, "Even now, Shin Jung Hwan and his girlfriend are doing well. �His girlfriend is staying by his side and giving a lot of strength."
