An individual, who observed Rain's controversy on TV, filed a formal complaint against Rain to the Seoul Central Prosecutor's Office, reasoning, "While serving as a celebrity recruit, [Rain] violated the laws and regulations of the military and also took frequent vacations."
It has been revealed that the person who reported Rain had watched the footage of 'On-Site 21' on celebrity recruits, which showed Rain, KCM, Mighty Mouth's Sangchu, and Se7en enjoying a night out after their duties by drinking together, and also seeking out massage parlors in the case of Sangchu and Se7en.
It's not clear whether this complaint will actually lead to more as Rain was already let off with a light punishment of 1 week probation when his previous military controversy arose about his vacation days, and was not considered to have done anything wrong by the military in the outing he took part in in the footage from 'On-Site 21'.
A rep from the prosecutor's office stated, "First, we will review the complaint and documents, then afterwards, if necessary, we will carry out an investigation of Rain and his acquaintances."
A Cube DC rep told TV Report on the 28th, "We first heard of the news through the news report. Rain as well as his agency was never contacted about the matter. We will have to observe the situation... Rain is currently staying in Japan and conducting his tour. He will conclude his tour today and return [to Korea] on the 29th."
