Cha Seung Won's son Cha No-Ah, who is a professional gamer, has been stirring up a lot of trouble recently.  In August, he was charged with sexually assaulting a nineteen-year-old girl.  He is also being prosecuted for smoking marijuana a few times since the end of last year to the beginning of this year.

On October 1, Cha No-Ah's trial was held in the Suwon District Court of Seongnam City Hall.  On September 12, Cha No-Ah's side said there was a duplication charge for alleged smoking so prosecution dropped one of the charges.  Regardless, Cha No-Ah had already confessed to smoking and was demanded to be sent to jail for 10 months.

Cha No-Ah's lawyer appealed for leniency, saying, "The defendant has confessed to the charge, but he does not personally purchase the marijuana or have a habit of smoking it."  For his final defense, the lawyer stated, "Currently, his health is not good and he is deeply reflecting upon his misconducts."

The final decision is likely to be revealed on October 17 so stay tuned!
