C-JeS Entertainment's very own JYJ, Song Ji Hyo, Lee Jung Jae, and more have stepped up to donate 50 million won (~$44,260 USD) to support and encourage South Korean Gold Medal Olympic swimmer, Park Tae Hwan!
C-JeS Entertainment revealed, "CEO Baek Chang Joo and the agency artists Lee Jung Jae, JYJ, Song Ji Hyo, Park Sung Woong, Park Yoo Hwan, and more, joined forces with the citizens of Korea to become sponsors for Park Tae Hwan through the 'UCANFUNDING' project titled, 'Park Tae Hwan's National Sponsors', in support of Park Tae Hwan's dream."
Park Tae Hwan's contract with SK Telecom ended back in September and he has had some struggles in finding new sponsors. The project hopes to help fund Park Tae Hwan's training. Prior to C-JeS's hefty donation, the project raised approximately 13 million won (~$11,500 USD).
Park Tae Hwan shared, "I wish I could thank each person individually. It touches my heart and gives me a lot of encouragement."
Park Tae Hwan's fans can send in their donations to the fundraiser until June 16.
