Psy performs without his shirt at Seoul Plaza live

On October 4th, Psy held his free concert in front of more than 70,000 people at Seoul Plaza.

Psy had previously promised that he would provide perform shirtless if he reached #1 on Billboard's "Hot 100".

Although he didn't reach #1, shortly after the live stream went off-air, he took off his shirt and performed an encore performance of "Gangnam Style".
