Cable channel tvN previously announced that they had picked up After School's UEE's golf drama, 'Birdie Buddy'. Unfortunately, they may not be airing it after all. On June 28th, the productions staff for the drama said, "We are discussing over everything optimistically but it has not been confirmed 100%. We are open to all possibilities at the moment." Until now, the makers scheduled for an August release date on tvN. The contract covered many details, which is why it was true that the whole deal had been thoroughly and positively planned. Unfortunately, they have reached some difficulties with the final signings because of the way cable scheduling works. The production staff said, "When we were contracting with UEE, we promised a major network. We need to figure it out with UEE's company. This is not a big problem so we think it won't cause a huge damage on the final contract." The drama already has faced a lot of hardship, so this is definitely another hurdle to jump over.
