It has been announced that mix group Typhoon will be breaking up after four years. Members Solbi, Ji Hwan and Woo Jae have decided to go their separate ways. On January 28th, the trio released their last single album Goodbye... Typhoon with their last track Destiny.�A representative of the group stated, "With their latest single, Typhoon has decided to disband. All members will pursue their own separate careers and plan to unveil their new transitions." The group made their debut in 2006 and their biggest hit was So. The track showed promise and a bright future for the group. The three were even dubbed as the "2nd Koyote". But due to Solbi performing with the group on and off at random times, the trio was not able to live up to many fans' expectations. It's quite unfortunate because Destiny actually sounds quite nice. Other fans seem to agree and are expressing their disappointment, because the group will not be promoting the song in any way. The representative said, "Solbi has expressed much sadness for the disbandment of the group. ... She wishes that she could take upon the stage with Typhoon for one last time." Solbi has always sort of been a solo act; she often appears on television without her members and has hosted a variety of shows.
