The Brown Eyed Girls may have wowed everyone with Abracadabra and Sign in 2009 which finally ascertained their status as a popular girl group. But most might have forgotten that their actual strength actually lies in ballads, not just mainstream pop dance songs. To commemorate the return of M! Countdown on the 18th and to raise awareness for those still suffering from the devasting earthquake in Haiti, the Brown Eyed Girls took to the stage and performed a pretty good rendition of the inspirational number, You R(L)aise Me Up. Apart from the occasional Engrish, the girls sounded really good with their vocals, Miryo especially with her narration. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Om7X30GEuo4 There will be another You Raise Me Up special stage to be performed by all performers on the February 19th episode of KBS Music Bank.
