MBLAQ's Lee Joon, comedian Heo Kyung Hwan and Super Junior's Shindong decided to reveal their abs on today's Star Golden Bell. Yoseob of BEAST started off the ab-showdown by saying, "I'm really jealous of Lee Joon's abs." Lee Joon was then asked to show them off. He looked a bit shy to do so but he showed off his nice six pack to the audience and guests. Then comedy world's best body Heo Kyung Hwan showed off his rock hard abs as well. His six pack was visible and blew the ladies away. He asked Shindong to show everyone his abs. Shindong got up quickly and showed them off. The only difference was that he didn't have to lift his shirt. People poked fun at him for saying that he has "unbelievable abs you can see through a shirt." Aw, poor Shindong! But it's what we love about him.
