Shinhwa's Andy joined the army on the 11th with his new buzz cut. He stepped into the life of what every Korean man goes through by saying, "It feels like I'm starting my Shinhwa activities again." He continued to say his final words:
Shinhwa members are coming to my mind right now. Especially Shin Hye Sung because I didn't get to contact him today. I'm entering at an old age so I will work hard in the army. I also hope Minwoo enters the army healthy as well. I think it's important to get trained with other guys. I will complete my army days with good health.Around 200 fans came to say goodbye to Andy. They showed him support by showing up with balloons and posters that read, "Please stay healthy," "We will wait for you," and "Andy oppa, we love you." He gave up his US Residency knowing that doing so would make him serve in the military. He also released his single, One Love, featuring Kim Dong Wan before leaving for the army.
