On February 24, GOT7's Youngjae completed his solo concert in Manila, as part of his ongoing 'Inside Out' Asia tour.
The artist kicked off the stage with his lively performance of "Vibin" and "Sugar." Followed by the songs from his first full-length album, 'Do It,' "Deal," "Thinking Of You," "Snooze," and "Never Leave You Alone," among others. He also covered Bruno Mars' "When I Was Your Man," showcasing his comforting vocals.
He shared that "When I Was Your Man" was the first one that made him know Bruno Mars, adding, "I really wanted to perform the song. And while I was learning it, it made me like Bruno Mars even more."
"He had a concert in Korea and I attended it. I realized he was really good at singing live," he added. The artist delivered good performances despite him feeling unwell. "I'm actually kind of sad... Only if my condition is so much better now."
"I've been writing songs recently, so maybe I can show you guys something very soon," he revealed.
"Thank you for coming today. I really hope you had fun today," Youngjae said. "While writing songs and rehearsing stages, I really realized that I love being on stage. I'll do my best moving forward to show you a better version of me."
Following his successful shows in Taipei and Manila, the artist is heading next to Thailand and Japan.
