A rare two-shot of SHINee's Minho and his older brother, Minseok, has been revealed, drawing attention for their striking resemblance.
On the August 8 episode of MBC’s variety show 'I Live Alone' (Episode 608), viewers followed Code Kunst as he embarked on a massive studio clean-up, joined by close friends Minseok, Myungshin, and Minho.
When Minseok and Minho appeared together on screen, cast member Park Na Rae couldn’t hide her surprise, exclaiming, “Seeing you together, you look even more alike. You really do look similar.” Minho also greeted Myungshin warmly with a hug, showing their close friendship.
The 'I Live Alone' cast remarked that while it is common to greet an older sibling’s friends in passing, it is rare to actually spend time together. Minho explained, “We’re two years apart, and we went to the same middle and high school, so we joined the same clubs and naturally became close. I followed them around a lot.”
Code Kunst shared that he had known Minho since he was very young, saying, “I’ve known him since the time he was in ‘Young Astronauts Korea'” surprising the cast.
Minho’s older brother, Choi Minseok, is a graduate of Seoul National University’s Department of Physical Education and has been friends with Code Kunst since elementary school.
He first appeared on 'I Live Alone' in 2022, becoming a hot topic at the time. Back then, Code Kunst jokingly recalled, “In our neighborhood, everyone said Minseok should be the one debuting, not Minho, when they heard Minho was going to debut.”
