On January 3, the Korean Red Cross announced, "Hueningkai donated 50 million KRW (~34,012 USD) on January 1 to support victims affected by the Jeju Air plane accident."

TXT's Hueningkai expressed his desire to help the bereaved families return to their daily lives as soon as possible, joining the relief effort through his donation. The funds he provided will be used to support the families affected by the incident and assist in ongoing disaster recovery efforts.

Hueningkai shared, "I felt immense sorrow upon hearing the sudden news of the accident. I wanted to offer even the smallest form of help to the bereaved families."

Meanwhile, the Korean Red Cross has been actively conducting relief activities, deploying volunteers, staff, and psychological support counselors to the scene immediately after the incident occurred.
