The winners of the Brazilian BreakTudo Awards 2024 have been revealed. The event, held in São Paulo, Brazil, honored major K-pop stars, including Lisa, Jimin, and Jungkook, who are shining in their solo music careers.
Jimin and Jungkook were among the biggest winners of the night, each taking home two awards. Jimin won the "International Artist on the Rise" and "International Hit of the Year" awards for his hit "Who," while Jungkook won an award for his success "Standing Next To You" and also took home the "International Male Artist" award. Jungkook became the first South Korean artist to be nominated and win in this category, which has historically been dominated by American artists.
BLACKPINK’s Lisa, one of the most nominated artists of the year, won the "International Collaboration of the Year" award for her song "New Woman," a collaboration with Rosalía. RM, for the first time, won a BreakTudo Award, taking home the "Global Artist" category.
Another K-pop artist that won at the Brazilian awards for the first time was the girl group ITZY, who took home the "International Female Group" award after several previous nominations.

SB19 won in the "International Male Group" category, BINI won "International New Artist" and "International Music Video" for their hit "Cherry On Top," and BGYO won "Song by New International Artist" for "Patintero."
