YG's girl group BABYMONSTER is stepping up their efforts to connect with fans.
According to YG Entertainment, BABYMONSTER members Rora and Rami will appear on the SBS variety show ‘Running Man’ airing on November 10th at 6:10 PM. With their cheerful personalities, they aim to win over viewers' hearts.
This appearance on a weekend prime-time variety show marks a new phase in BABYMONSTER's public activities. YG previously announced plans to fill the latter half of 2024 with a range of appearances across various platforms, including variety shows, radio, and YouTube.
BABYMONSTER made their comeback on November 1st with their first full-length album [DRIP]. The album has already reached the second spot on the iTunes Worldwide Album Chart and claimed the top position in 12 regions on the iTunes Album Chart. It also ranked number one on Japan’s largest streaming site, Line Music's Top 100 Albums Real-Time Chart, signaling their rising popularity.
The music video for ‘DRIP’ shot to the top of YouTube’s “Most Viewed Video in 24 Hours” upon release. Their pre-released track ‘CLIK CLAK’ also held a spot in YouTube’s global daily trending chart TOP 10 for three consecutive days, with impressive view counts of 34.81 million and 35.71 million, respectively, showcasing their explosive growth in popularity.
