On August 14, DongA Ilbo reported that the previous surveillance footage revealed by another media outlet was not of BTS's SUGA.

DongA Ilbo released new surveillance footage showing SUGA riding an electric scooter on a sidewalk around 11:10 PM KST on August 6. The newly released video offered a clearer view of SUGA on the scooter, providing a better view of the incident.

The new video clearly shows SUGA riding his scooter and falling on the sidewalk after hitting a bump. After his fall, a group of patrol officers are seen coming to his aid.
