Actress Song Da Eun has denied any involvement in the 'Burning Sun Scandal'.
On June 16th, Song Da Eun took to her Instagram to dispel the rumors alleging she was involved in the 'Burning Sun Scandal.'
Song Da Eun wrote, "I have never done anything related to clubs or drugs. I'm a non-smoker and I am also a lightweight." She continued, "My senior invited me to a dinner, and Seungri also happened to be there. That's how I met him and I got a call from him a few years later to help his lounge bar business. My job there was to check the reservation list and distribute wristbands. I said yes because he asked me to help him just for the first month. I had to submit the permit from the municipality so I had no idea that the bar was illegally operating. After a month, I quit and my colleagues did too. (I can prove that I worked for a month). After a few months, there was an anniversary party for the business and I was surprisingly invited."
She explained her picture that day was circulated after she came to the limelight through 'Heart Signal,' making her look like she worked at that bar for a year and then at Burning Sun.
She said, "A few days ago, I heard about another actress talking about her lost 6 years. I went through similar things. I was dropped from the cast projects and other planned projects including radio, spending every day in tears."
Meanwhile, the Burning Sun scandal has been re-examined as the British public broadcaster BBC released a related documentary on its YouTube channel on the 19th of last month.
