Despite rumors suggesting the possibility of challenging their exclusive contracts with HYBE, lawyer Kang clarified that his role was solely to assist in submitting the petition. He stated to Edaily, "I was only commissioned to help with the submission of the petition."

The content of the petition is presumed to support Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR, as she faces a potential management shake-up at an emergency shareholders' meeting scheduled by HYBE for May 31st. This comes ahead of the court’s decision on Min's application for an injunction to prevent HYBE from exercising voting rights, expected before the meeting date.
