HYBE denied allegations of restricting NewJeans' "How Sweet" music video in 14 different countries on YouTube.
On May 27th, HYBE officially responded to allegations of restricting the "How Sweet" official music video internationally and in Korea. Previously, many people reported that they weren't able to view the music video due to it being restricted.
HYBE explained, "HYBE does not set age restrictions when uploading music videos. YouTube makes that decision on its own. We have requested YouTube to explain why the video has been restricted and to resolve the issue."
Nevertheless, some are continuing to raise suspicions in the comment section of the music video as the issue persists and a similar view freezing issue has happened to other HYBE artists in the past.

Several countries have banned advertising sugary drinks and snacks to children. The whole music video is a coke commercial. I’m sure that’s why it was banned. We’d have to know which countries though.
