Fans were once again bewildered after hearing the news that musician Jay Park had participated in the '2024 Seoul Marathon', which took place this past weekend on March 17. 

Well-known by his long time fans for being a truly "free spirit", Jay Park is infamous for showing up to events that he's interested in without anyone knowing, despite his top celebrity status. 

The musician's unexpected appearance at the event prompted the official 'Seoul Marathon' organizers to write on SNS, "If you were coming, you should have told us...".

Meanwhile, trying to blend in with the rest of the civilian participants and clearly failing, Jay Park created quite a buzz as an eye-catching runner. 

He was seen picking up someone's phone after they dropped it on the course:
