Actress Song Ha Yoon is gaining her well-deserved acting break with her latest role in the drama 'Marry My Husband.'

Although Song Ha Yoon boasts of youthful visuals, with fair skin, a small face, and distinct features, she is a veteran actress who has been active in the industry for 22 years.

Song Ha Yoon is currently portraying Jung Soo Min in the tvN drama 'Marry My Husband,' which is steadily gaining popularity with a peak viewership rating of 11%. Jung Soo Min, portrayed by Song Ha Yoon, is depicted as Kang Ji Won's childhood best friend (played by Park Min Young) in the drama. Despite presenting herself as a loyal and supportive confidante, she harbors ulterior motives. Soo Min engages in calculated schemes and secret affairs, all conducted behind Ji Won's back. Her actions are a continuous betrayal, aimed at dismantling Ji Won's life by targeting her romantic interests, career prospects, and even her marriage.

In the most recent episode, aired on February 12, Jung Soo Min unveiled the underlying reasons behind her deeply rooted emotions towards Kang Ji Won. She disclosed that her resentment and animosity towards Kang Ji Won stemmed from her realization that Ji Won led a contented life, despite her mother abandoning their family after an extramarital affair with Soo Min's father.

Song Ha Yoon has received much praise for her dynamic portrayal of the villainous character. She has been exceptionally depicting the character of Jung Soo Min, showing various facets of the character's personality - from the innocent best friend to the cold-hearted vixen. 

Her decades of acting experience shine through, having debuted in 2003 and appeared in numerous dramas and films since then.

Debuting in 2003 with the drama 'Sangdu, Let's Go to School,' she has appeared in many works such as 'Korea National Training Center,' 'That Man's Jealousy,' 'Ghost,' 'Sweden Laundry,' 'In Still Green Days,' 'My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol,' 'Devilish Charm,' 'Fight for My Way,' 'Marry My Husband,' and movies like 'Dasepo Naughty Girls,' 'Helpless,' 'Whistle Blower,' 'Dangerously Excited,' 'Intimate Strangers,' and more.

Song Ha Yoon was initially active under the stage name Kim Byeol but changed her name through the drama 'Ghost.'

She began gaining recognition with the drama 'My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol,' and shared with XSports News, "I faced numerous slump period for 13 years. I debuted in my second year in High school but there were many times when I contemplated if I should continue (this path). I wasn't famous and filmed 1 or 2 projects every year but none of them became a hit. So I spent my time in obscurity as an actor."

She also revealed, "But I was able to continue because I was thankful that I was able to continue to do what I want to. I love the moment when I start acting when the director yells 'Action.' There were many different ways I coped for 13 years. I would cry when I wanted to but ultimately, I thought I should spend the time to learn things one by one while waiting and believed that a bigger luck would come my way if I waited."

Her patience seems to have paid off as she is gaining popularity and recognition through her role in 'Marry My Husband.'
