On the evening of January 19 at 8 PM KST, singer/song-writer WOOZ (Jo Seung Youn) brought his first world tour, 'OO-LI', to a close with a grand finale show at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul.

This concert was an opportunity for extended interactions with fans, just 3 days before WOODZ's upcoming mandatory military enlistment on January 22. To keep fans on their toes until the last show, WOODZ opened up on this day with two unreleased songs, "Nightmare" and "Bright Light Flicker". 

Many of WOODZ's close celebrity friends including GOT7's Yugyeom, former X1 members Kim Yo Han and Lee Han Gyul, BLACKPINK's Jennie, and actress Yang Hye Ji.

After the main part of the show concluded with "Drowning", fans chanted, "We love you, Jo Seung Youn," and "Don't go, Jo Seung Youn." In response, WOODZ took a moment to reflect on what his brief hiatus will mean for him and his loyal fans.

He said, "I hope you all stay healthy while I'm away for a year and a half. I will miss this place dearly." He added, "I tried to cherish every moment of practicing and rehearsing, and though it may not be easy, I won't be all that far away so I believe the time will pass quickly. My only wish is for all of you to remain healthy and happy. If I return and you're still here, I'll wait for you. If you continue to support me, I'll be with you until the end. I hope you remember that even though we may be far apart, our hearts are still together. You said that your love for me is unchanging, and so I promise to return unchanged. Thank you so much for the warm words of love you've expressed toward me all this time, for nearly 10 years. I'm very curious about the next chapter. My 30's will be even better, and I believe it without a doubt. I will go confidently."

Furthermore, WOODZ also described his mandatory service as another "Journey", and stated, "During this short journey, I hope you all achieve and prepare everything you want. Let's meet again with bright smiles. Even if you find yourself in a dark place, I will comfort you. That's the reason I do what I do."

Immediately after successfully concluding his finale show, WOODZ shaved his head to begin preparing for his enlistment. After receiving his basic training, the musician will carry out his mandatory duties as a member of the military band.
