Yoo Jae Suk rumored to build Antenna's second building and has purchased a piece of land valued at approximately 8 million US dollars (11.6 billion won). 

According to a real estate brokerage firm in Gangnam District, on November 11th, Yoo Jae Suk acquired land located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, for 11.6 billion won. The land, situated near the Construction Association Hall, which currently houses his agency Antenna Entertainment, was reportedly paid for entirely in cash by Yoo Jae Suk. The land spans 90.3 pyeong (approximately 298 square meters) and is classified as a Type 1 general residential area, with a land price per pyeong of about 98,762 US dollars (128.39 million won.)

The location is in high demand for office space due to its proximity to Antenna Entertainment’s building, the International Art School, entertainment companies, and startups.

Real estate experts speculate that Yoo Jae Suk may plan to build on the vacant land, stating, "The previous owner purchased the land in March 2022 for 6 million dollars (9 billion won) and sold it in December 2023 for 11.6 billion won. The purchase was made by a corporation, and considering acquisition tax and interest, it is estimated that the owner made a profit of at least around $769,000 (1 billion won) from this sale."
