Amid the harrowing conflict between Israel and Hamas, which has led to tragic loss of life and widespread hardship, a poignant moment of connection has emerged within the K-pop community. Recently, TXT's Taehyun was moved by a message from a late fan, Tia, a dedicated Palestinian MOA from Gaza who tragically lost her life due to the ongoing hostilities.
Tia, known for her active presence and warm spirit in the Arabic MOA community, was remembered by her friends as having a profound admiration for Taehyun, whom she considered her greatest role model. Her heartfelt message to Taehyun managed to reach him thanks to the efforts of other MOAs who translated and shared it on Weverse. Touched by her words, Yeonjun prompted Taehyun's attention to the message, writing, "Taehyun, you should see this."
Taehyun acknowledged Tia's message and the outpouring of posts from the MOA community by engaging with them on Weverse. Following Yeonjun’s comment, Taehyun cheered ("liking" a post on Weverse) the original post which lead many other MOAs to view the story.
taehyun is seeing the weverse posts celebrating tia’s life and sharing her letter :’)
Tia, a recent engineering graduate with a passion for creating content about TXT, faced a tragic end far too early in her promising life. She and her family, seeking refuge from the conflict, relocated to a relative's house in the center of the Gaza Strip, believing it would offer them safety. The house, with its three levels, sheltered the women and children on the ground floor, deemed the most secure spot.
However, in a devastating turn of events, a missile struck this very floor at 1 a.m. while they were asleep. The attack claimed the lives of Tia and 19 others, primarily women and young children. Miraculously, only Tia's father and brother survived the catastrophic incident.
Tia's untimely death is a poignant reminder of the indiscriminate brutality of war. Her contributions to the MOA community and her love for TXT will be remembered by those who shared her enthusiasm.
This is just sad, Palestinain could just fall asleep but never get to wake up the next morning, the sad thing is that even if she stayed alive she could never get the chance to meet him as Palestinians can never leave Palestine, but at least having a dream keep the courage to live that's kind of life
