Another rookie boy group comprised of former 'Boys Planet' contestants is gearing up for debut soon, following the likes of ZEROBASEONE, EVNNE, and TIOT.
Debuting under the label Armada Entertainment, the rookie boy group goes by the name ONEPACT. One aspect that is drawing attention toward this group is its unexpected member lineup, unveiling the aftermaths of a number of label changes which seem to have come after the end of 'Boys Planet'.
The first members of ONEPACT, revealed last week on September 26, is Yoon Jong Woo, who appeared on 'Boys Planet' as a trainee without a label. He's also known as a former member of the group Black Level, and finished 18th place overall during 'Boys Planet'.
Next, ONEPACT announced Oh Sung Min as its second member, confirming that the former TO1 member (known as Jerome during his days in TO1) has joined Armada Entertainment after parting ways with Wake One earlier this year.
The group's third member, revealed on October 4, is former Ciipher member Tag, also known as Uhm Tae Gyun of Mnet's 'School Rapper 4'. Shortly after the end of 'Boys Planet', Tag left Ciipher and the group's label, Rain Company.
Finally, the fourth member of ONEPACT, introduced on October 5, is Lee Ye Dam, the team's main vocalist. Having appeared as a trainee under LM Entertainment during 'Boys Planet', Lee Ye Dam also previously made his name known on the SBS survival program 'Loud'.
With these four members revealed so far, ONEPACT will introduce more of the group's members soon in preparation for its official debut.
Oh bring it on! Jong Woo and Ye Dam 😁 It's getting close to the point where all my favourites are debuting. There's really only Wumutti, Woong Ki and Haruto left.
