Fans speculate if the official group name of NCT NEW TEAM is NCT WISH

Fans are speculating if the official group name of NCT NEW TEAM is NCT WISH.

On October 29th, several fans on social media noticed that SM Entertainment had created a new trademark for a group name. The agency filed the trademark under 'NCT WISH' on October 27th. 

Fans are also saying that the group name Wish goes well with the members and the overarching theme of the sub-units including dream (NCT Dream) and vision (WayV). 

Meanwhile, the six members of NCT NEW TEAM, including Sion, Riku, Yushi, Daeyoung, Ryo, and Sakuya, were selected through the survival program 'NCT Universe: LASTART'. The boys released a pre-debut music video on October 19th.
